Hungry Hawk Vineyards & Winery make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside California.The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, the customer represent to us that he or she is least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wines will be delivered is at least 21 years old. When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the signature of the adult receiving the wine will be required and a bona fide identification may be requested to validate that he or she is at least 21 years old. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

Shipping

Rates and charges

The shipping rate for all products is based on shipping destination, weight and dimension. Oversized or overweight packages might have additional charges.

How orders are processed

Orders will be shipped and your credit card will be processed within 1 week of receiving your order. Shipping dates may be adjusted related to weather conditions.

Taxes

State tax will be added to all orders shipped to California. 

Notification of order

We will send a confirmation e-mail shipment notification to inform you when your order has shipped, but point-to-point or in-transit information may not be available.

Pickup is an Option

If you live in or near our location and wish to pickup your order, please specify details on the form at checkout and we will notify you when your order is available for pickup.

Return Policy

Except in those cases where a shipment was received in damaged condition, all sales are final. Customers may report damaged shipments by contacting us directly.
